Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy explains how BookLah, operated by EasyFlow Solutions Enterprise, processes information for accounts, bookings, customer management, billing, and connected WhatsApp workflows.

The business or organization that invited you to BookLah normally decides why its customer and staff information is used. That organization is the first point of contact for privacy requests about its records. BookLah operates the software and processes those records to provide the service.

2. Information processed

  • Account and staff details, roles, branch assignments, and authentication records.
  • Customer contact details, tags, notes, booking history, and no-show records.
  • Services, appointments, availability, invoices, receipts, and payment status.
  • WhatsApp identifiers, message content, attachments, delivery information, and conversation metadata when a business connects WhatsApp.
  • Transaction references, amounts, and provider status. Payment credentials may be collected directly by the configured payment provider rather than BookLah.
  • Technical logs used for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and reliability.

3. How information is used

  • Provide booking, customer, document, payment-record, and messaging workflows.
  • Authenticate users and enforce account, branch, and role-based access.
  • Generate or assist with replies when an authorized business enables AI features.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, communications, AI, and payment providers needed for the features a business configures, including Meta or its WhatsApp services, Cloudflare, database services, and the selected payment gateway. Each provider handles information under its own terms and safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

5. Retention and security

Records are kept for as long as needed to provide the business account, meet accounting or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. The applicable business controls many retention decisions for its customer records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission, messaging platform, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Choices and privacy requests

To request access, correction, restriction, or deletion, contact the business that collected your information, normally through the same WhatsApp number or its usual customer-service channel. Identity verification may be required, and some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Replying STOP is a request for the receiving business to stop non-essential messaging. It does not by itself guarantee an immediate automated suppression or deletion inside every connected system. The business must review and action the request through its approved process.

7. International processing and changes

Providers may process information in more than one country. Where required, the business and its providers are responsible for appropriate transfer safeguards.

This policy may change as BookLah and its providers evolve. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
