Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Agreement and account authority
These terms apply when you access BookLah, a service operated by EasyFlow Solutions Enterprise. If you use BookLah for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and to follow its account policies.
Accounts may be created through operator-enabled self-service registration or provisioned by an administrator. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
2. Service scope
BookLah provides tools for bookings, customer records, services, staff access, invoices, receipts, payment records, and connected WhatsApp workflows. Features available to an account depend on its configuration, permissions, external providers, and current service plan.
BookLah is an operational tool, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice. Your organization remains responsible for the decisions and records it creates.
3. Automation and AI-assisted content
Automated or AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. Authorized users must review material before relying on it for appointments, prices, policies, payments, or customer communication. BookLah does not promise that AI will complete every booking, cancellation, refund, or payment action without human review.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use BookLah to:
- Send spam or contact people without the permission required by law and platform policy.
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
- Access another account, branch, customer, or record without authorization.
- Probe, disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, or overload security and service controls.
- Misrepresent automated output as verified professional advice.
5. WhatsApp and payment providers
WhatsApp, payment gateways, and other connected services are independent providers. Their availability, fees, onboarding, acceptable-use rules, settlement, chargebacks, and data practices are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for keeping provider credentials accurate and for reconciling provider records against BookLah.
6. Fees and changes
Fees and account limits, if any, are those agreed during onboarding or shown to an authorized account administrator. Public pricing shown elsewhere should not be relied on unless it is expressly confirmed for your organization.
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. Where reasonably practical, material changes affecting an active paid account will be communicated through the account or an established business channel.
7. Data and customer responsibilities
Your organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to enter customer and staff information, for maintaining accurate records, and for responding to privacy and messaging opt-out requests. Processing of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but internet, infrastructure, WhatsApp, AI, and payment services can be delayed or unavailable. You should maintain appropriate operational checks and backups for business-critical records.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension, termination, and governing law
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or others. Where appropriate, reasonable notice and an opportunity to address the issue will be provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer or other protections that apply. Questions should be raised through your BookLah account administrator or the established onboarding contact.
