A booking that was half paid in cash, half by transfer, and never written down anywhere is how a day's takings go missing. BookLah keeps invoices, payments and receipts attached to the booking that produced them, so the money side of the day reconciles against the schedule.
An invoice is raised from the booking it belongs to and carries the service, the customer and the amount. Partial payments keep their own identity, so a deposit and a balance settlement are two separate, traceable records.
Paid checkout runs through Billplz over FPX in Malaysian ringgit. Nothing is charged and no plan is activated before a verified payment callback arrives — a failed or uncertain payment is recorded as such rather than assumed to have succeeded.
Invoices and receipts get their own link that can be sent to the customer over WhatsApp. Those links are private documents, so they are excluded from search engines by design.

No. BookLah stores business identifiers and produces operational invoices and receipts. Each business remains responsible for its own document, tax, retention and regulatory obligations.
The intent is recorded as uncertain rather than paid. A subscription or booking is only settled after a verified callback confirms the payment.
